Frequently Asked Questions

Can I ride at the Keith track if I am not a club member?

Yes. Non Members can purchase a one day membership for $20 Full Club Membership costs $55 annually for single or $100 for Family. Ride fees for members are $5 per day or capped at $15 for a family.

What types of bikes are suitable for the KDMCC track?

Motocross, Enduro, Trail and Quads.

When is the track open to ride on?

On the events page we advertise when the track is open. An organised event is held on the 2nd Sunday of every month between March and November at Andy Caldecott Park. Other rides and location (eg. trail rides) are organised from time to time. CHECK THE EVENTS PAGE.

Do junior riders ride the track with the big bikes at the same time?

No, all classes are separated for safety reasons and every class has their own session. Every event has marshalls for rider saftey.

What time do the family and race days start and finish?

Commence 10:00am and finish around 4.30pm.

Can I come and watch the race meetings and is there an entry fee?

Yes you are most welcome to come support our club and entry to spectate is free.

Is there food and drinks available at race meetings?

Soft drink, water and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase from our canteen. A large BBQ is provided on-site for families to cook lunch on and chocolate bars are also available.

Can I become a member of the club at any time and how much does it cost?

Yes you can join at anytime, the cost will be $100 for an annual family membership and $55 for a annual single membership. Memberships conclude 31st December REGARDLESS of when purchased during the year.

Do I need a helmet and safety gear to ride the KDMCC track?

Yes you will need an Approved Helmet (in good condition), boots, gloves and goggles. Riders are responsible for their own safety and always ride at their own risk.

Does my motorcycle have to be in good condition?

A well maintained machine is highly encouraged for the safety of the rider and other riders on the track. If your bike is found to be unsafe you may be disqualified from taking part in events.
